On Sunday evening, fire crews from Tualatin Valley and Portland responded to a fire at an apartment building in the 6700 block of SW Canyon Road. The fire started around 6:15 p.m. and affected two apartments. Flames reached the front of the building and the roof.
All residents evacuated before firefighters arrived. No injuries were reported. Firefighters brought the fire under control in about 20 minutes. Multiple agencies assisted in the response. SW Canyon Road was closed for a short time. Investigators are working to find the cause of the fire…
