WILSONVILLE, Ore. (KATU) — The Oregon Department of Corrections is reporting that an inmate at Coffee Creek Correctional Facility died on December 3. Officials say that 32-year-old Hannah Linn Bazzi passed away last night.
“As with all in-custody deaths, the Oregon State Police have been notified and the Medical Examiner will determine cause of death,” the Department of Corrections said in a press release.
