Small delay: Augusta Planning Commission postpones tiny-house decision

A developer wanting to build small homes in south Augusta is experiencing a small setback.

The Augusta Planning Commission on Monday voted to postpone action on Sadé Kong’s rezoning request to build five one- and two-story houses, each between 200 and 400 square feet, and a similarly sized separate office. The property, slightly less than an acre, is at 1412 Hephzibah-McBean Road.
