AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – Rain chances will increase today into Friday as our next wave of low pressure moves into the region. More rain is expected Saturday into Sunday morning.
Afternoon highs will stay below average in the mid to upper 50s. Wind will be out of the west between 5-10 mph. A few isolated showers are possible Thursday afternoon, but more likely by Thursday night.
Higher rain chances return to the region Friday as an area of low pressure tracks just south of the CSRA. Rain totals up to an inch are possible. It will be cold rain with temperatures staying in the 40s all day Friday.
