OHIO — The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating Phyllis Kash, a 56-year-old woman wanted on multiple charges.
Authorities say Kash faces Felony Telecommunications Fraud, Forgery, Misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct, Possession of Drugs, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and having Liquor in a Motor Vehicle.
Kash is described as a Black female, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds. She has a prior history of Theft, Menacing, Trafficking, and Soliciting. Officials report she was last known to reside on Melbourne Terrace in Walnut Hills…
