Two tenants at a local apartment complex are claiming to be facing a nightmare living situation in their units, from black mold, to water damages, and cracks in the walls.
Shawn White and Emmanuel Moore have only lived here at the Arbors at Windsor Lake Apartments for a few months each. Both told WACH Fox that they are paying over a thousand dollars a month in rent each and in return are getting horrible living conditions.
“It’s not right. I can’t afford to live here. And I can’t afford to stay here. I need help bad. Especially with it being so cold outside,” White said…
