CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) — A four-month investigation reveals health concerns at a healthcare facility that has received nearly $13M in taxpayer funding over the past two years.

The Cuyahoga County Diversion Center — which provides addiction and mental health services to approximately a thousand people annually — is operated by Oriana House,Inc., a non-profit corporation based in Akron.
