NYC family demands accountability after loved one died in prison

NEW YORK (PIX11) — A family has ramped up its pursuit for accountability in the prison death of their loved one. The medical issue he died from, they say, was completely treatable.

Supporters and family members of 38-year-old Jason “Poppy” Philibert, who died nearly two years ago while he was an inmate at the Green State Correctional Facility in upstate New York.
