West Palm Beach joins Starbucks strike as baristas demand better pay, staffing solutions

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — Hundreds of Starbucks baristas across more than 20 cities, including West Palm Beach, joined the ongoing labor strike on Thursday, marking the longest unfair labor practice (ULP) strike in the company’s history, now entering its 22nd day.

According to Workers United, the movement, known as the “Red Cup Rebellion,” has gathered support from 3,000 baristas across 145 stores in over 105 cities.
