‘Most Wanted’ fugitive, 2 other people arrested after attempt to evade in San Elizario

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A fugitive who was listed among El Paso’s top 10 “Most Wanted” and two other individuals were arrested in San Elizario, according to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office.

At roughly 9 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 30, deputies located the wanted fugitive, later identified as 39-year-old Moises Soria, along the 1400 block of Las Pampas, EPCSO said. Deputies saw Soria enter a black vehicle at a nearby store and attempted to conduct a traffic stop.

Video provided by the Sheriff’s Office showed the black vehicle quickly braking, then speeding off. A deputy is heard saying, “They threw something, they’re not stopping,” and quickly attempted to catch up to the vehicle…
