TOWN OF MORRISON, Wis. (WBAY) – Thursday was an emotional morning for Wayside Fire Chief Ben Rosenbaum, who was fighting a large fire at his childhood home in the town of Morrison.
Ben Rosenbaum lived in this house for the first 28 years of his life. It was built by his great grandfather and passed down from generation to generation until his parents sold it about 15 years ago.
Chief Rosenbaum says he could see the house on his way to the fire station, and knew the fire was bad. He says knowing the layout of the home aided in their response to the fire…
