BELOIT, Wis. (WMTV) – A nationwide arrest warrant has been issued by the Beloit Police Department for a suspect in a deadly October shooting.
Beloit Police Department said Clifton M. Jones, 42, is accused of second-degree reckless injury with use of a dangerous weapon and felon in possession of a firearm. Those charges were filed in Rock County Circuit Court on November 19.
