ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockford Police announced the arrest of Joshua Kelce, 29, after three alleged bombs were found in his home on Wednesday.
According to the Rockford Police Department, the Bomb Unit was called to the 1600 block of N. Church Street after authorities received information that explosives were present.
