LOVES PARK, Ill. (WTVO) — A new Panda Express restaurant could be coming to one of Loves Park’s busiest corridors.
On Monday, the Loves Park City Council approved a special use permit for the company to build a restaurant with a drive-thru at 7280 E. Riverside Blvd, in front of Blain’s Farm + Fleet.
