NEW YORK –– Derek Wachob, former CEO of Sapulpa’s Paragon Industries, appeared before Judge J. Paul Oetken in the United States District Court in the Southern District of New York on Tuesday, November 25, to face one count of wire fraud.
Wachob, who was represented by attorneys Jeffrey Lichtman and Jeffrey Einhorn, pleaded not guilty.
