ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – This week, a jury handed down a guilty verdict to a Little Caesars employee, who violently attacked several people and destroyed part of the store. According to the criminal complaint, 31-year-old Robert Guzman had finished his shift at the store when the incident began.
Man sentenced for role in murder of an Albuquerque mother
Witnesses told police that they tried to lock Guzman out of the store after he attempted to pull a fellow employee out of her car. Investigators said he struck several people before being held down by bystanders. One of his victims required hospitalization with non-life-threatening injuries.
The jury convicted Guzman on three counts of battery and criminal damage to property. He faces over two decades in prison…
