PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Salem authorities arrested a man Thursday morning in connection with a shooting at a local pub in mid-October.
Issac Gallegos, 21, faces charges of attempted murder, attempted first-degree assault, menacing, unlawful use of a weapon, unlawful possession of a firearm, and reckless endangering.

According to police, Gallegos was involved in a shooting at Lucky’s Pub on Liberty Road South on Oct. 11. Investigators said an earlier disturbance led Gallegos to return to the bar and fire multiple rounds, though no one was hurt.
