Austin Peay State University is seeing a continual, annual increase in complaints being reported under Title IX.
The Tennessee Comptroller of the Treasury has released its annual report on the status of submission of the Title IX implementation plans that shows APSU complaints nearly doubling from 36 in 2024 to 68 in 2025.
