GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Traffic in Grand Rapids is being detoured after a semi-truck crash closed one of West Michigan’s busiest on-ramps.
The semi truck smashed into exit ramp 77 B which gets drivers onto south US-131 from west I-196.
