Polk County Animal Control will hold its annual Pet Fest on Saturday, December 13, 2025. The event will take place from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm at 7115 De Castro Road in Winter Haven. More than 100 dogs and cats will be available for adoption at no cost. Each adopted pet will receive spay or neuter services, a rabies vaccination, a microchip ID, and a county license.
