Husani A. Laviscount, 38, of Queens, New York, was wanted in connection with an apartment fire on the 600 block of Wyncroft Lane in Manheim Township (Lancaster County) between 8 and 8:44 p.m. on Sunday, April 25, 2021, according to the Manheim Township Police Department.
Investigators with Manheim Township Police and a Pennsylvania State Police fire marshal determined the blaze was intentionally set, police said. Laviscount is accused of unlawfully entering one of the apartments and then setting it on fire to destroy or damage it.
The apartment was attached to five other occupied units. Eight people were inside their apartments when the fire broke out, but all made it out safely, according to police. Damage from the fire was expected to reach into the tens of thousands of dollars…
