UoM law professor explains what’s next for lawsuit to stop National Guard presence

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – Daniel Kiel, FedEx Professor of Law at the University of Memphis, said the case against the National Guard’s presence in Memphis will most likely move faster than expected.

Kiel said that’s because there’s not a lot of factual disputes, but rather arguments about what those facts mean.
