That’s right, the one and only Dolly Parton is looking to put a new spin on the Tennessean Travel Stop, and people are probably already lining up to be the first to enjoy the experience. But, that’s not all Parton has up her fringe covered sleeves, the country star wants to expand the Tennessean so that others can get a chance to enjoy the truck stop during their next road trip.
Dolly Parton to expand Tennessean Travel Stop throughout Tennessee
Parton made an announcement on her official website on Nov. 17, sharing how she plans to revamp the original Tennessean Travel Stop store, “bringing fresh energy for families and truckers, new jobs for local communities, and bold expansion plans across Tennessee and beyond.”
She’ll be partnering with the store as part of the rebranding, before expanding the shop throughout the rest of the state. As for why Parton wants to get involved, well that decision sounds like a personal one…
