According to a new report by Restaurant Business, Mila in South Beach, owned by Riviera Dining Group, has been ranked No. 1 in the publication’s Top 100 Independent Restaurants of 2025. The upscale Asian fusion restaurant, which has won numerous New Times‘ Best of Awards, reported a total revenue in 2025 that would stop even the biggest Miami restaurant moguls in their tracks. The report finds that Mila brought in a staggering $51,115,747 in sales in 2025, with an average check of $188 and over 271,000 meals served.
The most lucrative restaurant in the United States is not in New York, Las Vegas, or Beverly Hills. It is here, on Lincoln Road. And that alone is shocking, but what makes this story truly jaw-dropping is who Mila just dethroned.
