Man shot, killed after dispute between neighbors in North Philly, police say

PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Police are investigating a deadly shooting that happened in the Fairhill neighborhood Friday morning. A man was killed when an argument between neighbors in the same building escalated.

The investigation is focused on a rowhome in the middle of Hope Street near Cambria Street.

Police said the argument occurred around 4 a.m. involving families living on the first-floor apartment and the second-floor apartments. At some point, at least two shots were fired at the bottom of the steps, and a 60-year-old man was shot in the chest. He later died at the hospital…
