SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The Wladis Hat and Gloves Foundation, Inc. will donate free hats and gloves to Syracuse City School District students, Thursday December 4.
In it’s the 29th consecutive year, Mark and Steven Wladis have expanded the initiative started by their late father George Wladis to now provide every student between Pre-K and sixth grade with a winter hat and a pair of gloves every year; in 19 SCSD Schools.
