The Toledo Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash on Interstate 475 near U.S. Route 20A in the city of Maumee. The crash occurred November 29, at approximately 5:22 p.m.
The preliminary investigation shows a tan Lincoln MKS, operated by Jake Seibert, 19, of Holland, was driving southbound on I-475. Seibert struck two pedestrians who were walking on the left shoulder next to their disabled semi-truck. One pedestrian, Amandeep Admandeep, age 30, of Winnipeg, Manitoba, was pronounced deceased on scene. The other pedestrian, Capshan Khosa, age 29, of Brampton, Ontario, was pronounced deceased at a local hospital after being transported by ground ambulance…
