Governor Maura T. Healey has ordered that the United States and Massachusetts flags be flown at half-staff at all state buildings. This is to recognize Specialist Sarah Beckstrom of the West Virginia Army National Guard. The order follows a Presidential Proclamation and will remain in effect until sunset on December 4, 2025.
