AUSTIN, Texas — Police are searching for two drivers who fled the scene after a moped rider was struck and seriously injured in south Austin last week.
The incident occurred around 6:19 p.m. on Nov. 28 in the 700 block of West William Cannon Drive, according to the Austin Police Department.
Police said a dark-colored pickup truck, possibly a 2015-2022 Chevrolet Colorado with a bed cover, struck the moped operator. The female driver allegedly left the scene without stopping or rendering aid…
