KINGSTON, Ill. (WIFR) – A 39-year-old Kingston man faces multiple charges for reportedly yelling at his neighbors and threatening deputies, according to the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office.
Matthew Morris is charged with resisting a peace officer, threatening a public official, disorderly conduct, aggravated battery and driving under the influence.
