Woman, 76, dead after being hit by car in ʻAiea

HONOLULU (KHON2) — A 76-year-old female pedestrian is dead following a vehicle-versus-pedestrian crash in ʻAiea that took place on the night of Dec. 4, the Honolulu Police Department said.

The crash happened at approximately 9:23 p.m. on Moanalua Road.

A 52-year-old woman was driving down the road when she hit the pedestrian crossing the street in a marked crosswalk near the Ualo Street intersection, police said.
