ALBANY, N.Y. (WNYT) – A man was sentenced to up to 7 years in prison for hitting and killing a woman with his car and leaving the scene.
Heath Mabeus struck 58-year-old Migdalia Aulet as she was crossing Wolf Road in the area of Beltrone Drive on March 14, Colonie Police said. Aulet was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police found Mabeus later at his Clifton Park home and arrested him…
