Maryland has seen its fair share of viral moments, but a new TikTok from Forestville might have just entered the state’s hall of fame for customer-service chaos. At a time when rising prices, unstable benefits, and holiday stress already have people feeling stretched thin, one woman took matters way too far after a fast-food sauce disagreement that spiraled into what can only be described as a full-blown sauce-fueled showdown.
The TikTok, filmed and posted by the customer herself, shows the Maryland woman explaining her frustration at the Forestville Royal Farms location. According to her, she spent $9.75 on a three-piece tenders meal, a deal that normally includes two free sauces.
She admitted she never selected her sauce options in the app, but insisted the meal price included them regardless. When she asked politely for a sweet and sour sauce, she claims the employee behind the counter refused, saying she “didn’t pay for it.”
