BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A man was sentenced Tuesday in connection with a drunken driving crash near Delano that killed one of his passengers.
Fidel Habana Vargas, 36, received a four-year prison term after pleading no contest to gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, according to the District Attorney’s Office.
