HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) – An affidavit is giving some more details to what lead to an hours-long standoff in Evansville on Wednesday.
Officials have charged Vincent Bufkin with failing to update his sex offender registration. According to the affidavit, Bufkin was convicted of child molestation in 2003. In 2010, he was also convicted of failing to register.
