FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — The City of Fresno has completed a Partially Recirculated Draft Environmental Impact Report (PR-DEIR) for the proposed Costco Commercial Center project, fulfilling a lawsuit requirement to review the project’s greenhouse gas emissions.
The city found these emissions to be not significant, allowing the project to proceed to the next phase.
The public has until January 5th to submit comments on the project…
