HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — Alabama Governor Kay Ivey has appointed Madison County District Judge Ron Smith to serve on the Circuit Court bench.
Smith, a veteran defense attorney and former prosecutor, has served as a District Judge since May 2023.
