NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A man with prior felony convictions could be prosecuted federally after drugs, cash and a gun were seized from his Donelson home Thursday afternoon, officials said.
According to the Metro Nashville Police Department, officers assigned to the United States Marshal Service Fugitive Task Force arrested 39-year-old Corey Adkisson outside his home along Niagara Drive on Thursday, Dec. 4.

After executing a search warrant of the residence, detectives reportedly seized a loaded semi-automatic pistol, 6.5 grams of mushrooms, 3.5 grams of cocaine, 51.5 grams of Xanax and $10,335 in cash.
In addition to outstanding warrants, the MNPD said Adkisson was also charged with being a felon in possession of a weapon, gun possession in the commission of a dangerous felony and possession with intent to distribute cocaine and Schedule 1 and 4 narcotics.

Adkisson has previous felony convictions for possession with intent to distribute cocaine and hydromorphone, officials said.
Authorities reported he remains jailed on a $120,000 bond and is expected to be prosecuted federally. No additional details were immediately released…
