MOBILE, Ala. (NBC 15) — Todd Bond, an alleged porch pirate who is charged with theft 1st degree, waived his preliminary hearing in district court on Thursday. The case now moves on to a grand jury. The Mobile County Sheriff’s Office posted surveillance video in October of a man dressed in women’s clothing taking boxes off a porch in Mobile, putting them in a SUV and driving away.
