Woman sues city over slip-and-fall in bathroom at Ocala International Airport

A woman has filed a lawsuit against the city that claims she sustained injuries during a slip-and-fall incident at a restroom in the Ocala International Airport.

Attorneys filed the complaint on behalf of Susan Marsden against the City of Ocala in the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court for Marion County on November 18.

Marsden alleges the incident occurred on or about November 2, 2024, inside the public bathroom serving the Elevation 89 restaurant. That bathroom is situated within the Ocala International Airport premises at 1770 SW 60th Avenue.
