The City of Sacramento released its weekly Incident Management Team (IMT) report for November 24 to 30, 2025. During this week, the City’s 311 service received 383 calls about unsheltered individuals. These calls led to 1,441 cases being opened. One call can result in multiple cases.
The ‘total cases opened’ metric was introduced in July 2025 to show more details about the City’s response. City staff closed 1,403 cases during the week. This means the issues were resolved, compliance was met, or the situation no longer existed when checked.
