SACRAMENTO, Calif. — On Thursday, a Sacramento teenager pleaded guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm, according to U.S. Attorney Eric Grant.
19-year-old Joseph Allen Davis was identified as the shooter in an April 12, 2025, incident at Rainbow City Park in Davis, where three people were injured.
