ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WWSB) — An eight-hour mediation hearing between the Kowalski family and their former attorneys ended Tuesday without a settlement, nearly two years after a $211 million judgment against Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital was overturned.
Jack Kowalski, Maya Kowalski, and Kyle Kowalski all appeared in person for the mediation, according to a report filed in the 12th Judicial Circuit Court.
