Man indicted for methamphetamine distribution, possession in Potter County

POTTER COUNTY, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — A man has been indicted in Potter County for alleged federal methamphetamine distribution and possession charges.

According to court documents, David Medina was indicted for one count of alleged “Conspiracy to Distribute and Possess with Intent to Distribute 50 Grams or More of Methamphetamine (Actual)” and one count of alleged “Distribution and Possession with Intent to Distribute 50 Grams or More of Methamphetamine (Actual).” Medina was indicted in the United States District Court, Northern District of Texas, Amarillo Division.

Documents state that the charges stem from an alleged incident that occurred on Sept. 24, 2024.
