DREW COUNTY, Ark. — A Drew County woman is accusing a former Arkansas State Police (ASP) trooper of planting cocaine in her car during a traffic stop almost two years ago.
A jury later cleared her of the charges that stemmed from that encounter, and the trooper was eventually fired.
