LUBBOCK, Texas — Kat’s Alley Cats started in 2018, after founder, Kat Livingston, found a cat and took it home.
“I had no idea what to do. I had no idea how to help him. I didn’t know much about cats at all. I started feeding him every day after work,” Livingston said. “I ordered a trap online and finally got the courage to set it.”
After Livingston took home her new cat, later named Weston, she started getting involved with the Texas Tech Feral Cat Coalition, and soon after created her non-profit.
