An Oklahoma County Grand Jury has decided not to file charges against officers involved in two separate fatal use-of-force incidents earlier this year. The decisions were announced on December 4, 2025, after the grand jury reviewed both cases in Oklahoma City.
The first case involved Brice Edwards, who died on November 3, 2025, after a police pursuit in Midwest City. Edwards was suspected of robbery and assault in Harrah. Police pursued him at speeds up to 85 miles per hour. The chase ended when officers used a Tactical Vehicle Intervention, causing Edwards’ car to crash into another vehicle. Edwards died in the crash. The other driver had minor injuries.
