Federal lawsuit argues that Flock cameras violate Fourth Amendment

The people behind a federal lawsuit against the use of Flock license plate readers are urging Plano leaders to reject a plan to put the cameras in town.

The Institute for Justice, a nonprofit public-interest law firm, argues that the cameras violate the Fourth Amendment, which protects citizens from unlawful searches and seizures. They want a judge to agree.
