Man caught stealing copper wire from tornado-damaged St. Louis school

ST. LOUIS – A man caught stealing nearly 100 pounds of copper wire from a tornado-damaged St. Louis school now faces felony charges.

The St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office has charged Ethan Dion Thomas, 27, with one count of stealing ($750 or more), first-degree property damage and first-degree trespassing in connection with the theft.
