ST. PAUL, Minn. (Northern News Now) – The Minnesota Department of Public Safety’s Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA), and other agencies plan to announce an arrest and charges in the Lutsen Resort Lodge fire investigation on Thursday afternoon from St. Paul.
